PokerStars just released that they are now allowing all players located in the USA to withdrawal their full player balance. They pointed out that returning player funds was their number one priority and that it is finally available. Please keep in mind that it may take a few days to get your funds since there will probably be a bottleneck of requests. PokerStars was able to return funds after they made an agreement with the US Department of Justice.
The poker site is adamant that all player deposits for non-USA players is fully secure and safe. They keep saying its business as usual so players not from the USA should feel confident in playing on PokerStars.
