According to an email sent to NoiQ Poker affiliates, the once iconic brand will merge with 24hPoker and move to the Microgaming Poker Network. NoiQ Poker & 24hPoker were both previously part of the IGT Poker Network which is set to close later this year.
This move helps combine 2 strong poker brands into one going forward. The move is set to take place on November 7, 2012 and all NoiQ Poker players should be receiving an email within the coming days about this change.
Here is a snippet of the email sent to poker affiliates of NoiQ Poker:
On 7th November 2012 there will be two important changes for you as NoiQ Affiliate and all NoiQ customers. NoiQ will be completely merged to 24hPoker and to Microgaming Poker Network (MPN).
This change should be seamless and smooth for all players on NoiQ Poker & 24hPoker as they merge into one brand. All players on 24hPoker should not see a significant change besides the poker software changing to the Microgaming Poker Network. All players on NoiQ Poker will have to login to there new account on 24hPoker going forward and those players will receive an email with instructions in the coming days. All of there existing player balances will be moved to there new 24hPoker account on November 7.
Here is a snippet about player funds :
All NoiQ players will receive a separate E-mail with all necessary updates regarding the double migration. Player funds are of course safe and will be moved secured and smoothly under LGA regulations to the players new back office system.
One thing to note is that all old affiliates that were promoting NoiQ Poker will need to create an account at 24hPoker and also signup an affiliate account under iGameFriends. According to the email sent to affiliates all existing players will be tracking and affiliates will earn commission on there play on 24hPoker.
This is a starch contrast to the way PokerStars is handling the purchase of Full Tilt Poker as all old FTP affiliates are left out in the cold with no tracked players and no commission being paid.
