Bwin.party who is the operator of well known brands such as Party Poker & Bwin Poker has quietly started charging 3% on all Skrill & Neteller withdrawals.
PokerFuse broke the news as this fee essentially showed up over night with out any type of announcement from bwin.party.
These new fees are network wide so that means any skin site that operates and uses the PayPro cashier system will see these new fees.
Essentially when a player withdrawals to an ewallet such as Skrill or Neteller they will now be hit with a $4 fee plus a 3% uncapped fee of the entire withdrawal amount.
PokerFuse attempted to reach out to bwin.party about this but they did not receive a response.
Ever since Bwin & Party Gaming merged and formed bwin.party they have essentially been nickle and dimming players and affiliates.
Players earlier this year saw the VIP program limit the cashback from 50% to 30%.
This is not really a surprise because this is the very type of thing that happens when MBA types take over a stagnate business as they will try to extract as much revenue as they possible can.
Players should not be surprised if they start seeing additional fees on other withdrawal options in the future.
