The European Poker Tour (EPT) Sanremo festival which initially had a start date of April 6th has change to April 10th. The Main Event will now take place on April 14th.
As part of the change the Sanremo festival will join forces with the Italian Poker Tour which will allow for a similar style of events that took place at EPT Barcelona, London, Prague & Deauville.
The EPT decided to move the dates so the Sanremo festival would be close to the PokerStars and Monte-Carlo®Casino EPT Grand Final.
Players who play in all of these events will now be able to enjoy playing poker for a continuous three week period through all of the events.
Sanremo & Monaco is just 30 miles away so players will be able to easily travel between the events.
