The future of online poker without a doubt will be mobile poker. Full Tilt Poker just launched a mobile poker client for all smart phones that have flash enabled (sorry no iphone). The mobile client will offer real money as well as play money and all of the tables will be in rush poker format. So that means you will be able to play more hands in a quicker amount of time.
A few years ago UB Poker launched a mobile client but it did not catch on so time will tell if Full Tilt Poker is able to gain traction with mobile. UB Poker was not able to capitalize on mobile because the software was extremely hard to use. Full Tilt Poker however has made this new software extremely user friendly so mobile poker might be here to stay.
