The Micro Turbo Online Poker Series (MTOPS) will start this Sunday, October 13th on Full Tilt Poker.
This years series will feature 75 events which will be played over a 15 day period.
The Main Event which will be the featured event and will close out the series will take place on October 27th and will have a $500,000 guarantee.
The Main Event will be played via the No Limit Holdem Turbo tournament rules and will feature a starting stack of 10,000 chips and the buy-in will be $14 + $1 with each player being able to re-buy for up to 8 times.
All of the MTOPS events will have the Full Tilt Poker exclusive multi-entry tournament format which helps in many cases surpass the guaranteed prize pool.
This years MTOPS will in total have over $1,000,000 in combined guarantees.
One of the nice things about the MTOPS is the fact that many events offer insanely low buy-ins as they start at as little as $0.55 or 100 Full Tilt Points.
If those numbers are a little rich for your blood then you can win a seat to any MTOPS event via a satellite for as little as $0.11 or just 5 Full Tilt Points.
The series will also have three Pro Bounty Events which will award the player who is able to knock out any of the sponsored pros a cool $100 cash.
The current players who are considered sponsored pros on Full Tilt Poker are Gus Hansen, Viktor “Isildur1” Blom, Martins Adeniya and Dermot Blain.
